1. Are we able to make our own models produced?
Of course, this is our main business. You provide us the models and we produce them for you in demanded measurements, colours and quality.
2. What is the minimum order quantity for socks?
Our minimum order quantity is 1200 pairs per model for men/women/kids socks in regular carded cotton quality, and 360 pieces per model/size for kids/babies tights.
The minimum quantity is between 1200-5000 pairs per model for different materials such as combed, mercerized or organic cotton, bamboo, modal, wool, acrylic yarns, etc.
Please ask for more details for other products.
3. Can we do our own label/packaging?
Yes you can. Our minimum order quantity for one type of cardboard label is 3000 pieces. You provide your artwork of the label, and we print it in demanded cardboard quality.
We are also able to put the products to polybags, carton boxes in demanded quantities with stickers/barcodes, etc. on it.
4. How should we provide our socks designs to you?
The sock design is consisted of pixels each representing one single knit on the sock. For 156 needle socks for instance, the width of the design file should be 156 pixels.
There can not be more than 5 colours horizontally on the sock.
It would also be great if the format of the file is bmp.
However, if you are not able to create your own design, you might try to provide the designs in vectoral formats in “.ai”, “.pdf” or “.psd”, then it is great too.
For other products, you might send us your designs in any vectoral format.
5. How long does the production take?
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible. After confirmation of your order, the goods are usually ready to shipment between 5-7 weeks.
Please note that during the holiday season (July/August), delivery times can be longer than usual.
6. How long does the shipment take?
For European clients (including Russia), we usually use land transport by truck. The trucks usually leave Turkiye on Friday and Saturday. The goods arrive to warehouse centers in Europe in about 7-8 days and then they are delivered to your address in a few more business days.
For the rest of the world, we mostly use air transport. There are almost flights everyday from Istanbul to most of the countries and the goods arrive to the nearest airport to your address in a few days. We deliver the goods till the airport and it is always better if you arrange the transport between the airport and your address or we can handle that too.
For small orders below 1 m3, we use DHL courier service and you receive your order in a few days.
